I have a simple question on the accute:chronic workload ratio and how it is calculated. I have taken the sum of the previous 3 days as the accute load, and the sum of the previous 15 days as the chronic load. If every day is 100 workload, the ratio would be 300/1500, or 5. But in reality, the ratio should be 1 since every day is the same, no?
So, it would be (300/1500)/5?

Re: Calculating Accute:Chronic Workload
I think you take the avergae load over the acute and chronic times eg (300/3) / (1500/15) = 1
In the research they normally use weeks eg average load of one week / average load for previous four weeks. But I also like to experiment with different times using days as well.
